Fire at Universal Studios

[Kenn Michael]

Heard a bunch of explosions, and about a million fire trucks barrel down the streets next to me...

I go up onto my deck and see this:

wish I had a faster lens on the Red, or at least build 16!!!

Is this the first "breakins news" in 4k?

[Kenn Michael]

I guess so!

[C.H.Haskell]

wow...hope everyone is ok out there.

[Christopher Grant Harvey]

Just saw some of it on CNN, a warehouse burnt down and they lost some King Kong stuff and Back to the Future sets... no film masters thankfully...

[Kevin Olsen]

hopefully this will encourage the studios to hurry up transferring films to digital so they can store them in multiple locations and extend their "shelf" life.

Saaaave the clocktower!
