Convert to prores excluding metatdata

Hello, I have a question. I'm very new to r3d and red workflow. I need to know which is the best worflow for my r3d files. I have about 2TB of footage that needs to be converted to apple prores 422HQ at 2k quality. Now if open one clip in red alert I see the shot with the metedata applied during the shoot. I f I disable the matrix panel I see the clip without the metadata like WB, tint etc. I would like to know the fastest way to convert all these files without the data used during the shooting. basically I would the converted clips looking like when I disable the matrix panel. I have a macpro quadcore and I would really like an application able to use all cores together to convert!

I found a solution, to disable the matrix on one clip only just click on the box inside redalert do disable to matrix. If you want to convert a lot of clips doing that you need to use clipfinder and disbale from there in the render panel!
