Just wondering the most efficient way (hardware and software) to get duplicate LTO tapes made from a folder full of files. i am considering using either an autoloader so they would then be done in succession but could run overnight to keep a queue of jobs running.
or....is setting up two LTO drives to do the archive of the files AT THE SAME TIME more efficient?
can BRU handle this task? any other hardware or software that people are using that makes this task run faster?
we have lots of LTO requests coming from a wide variety of clients and looking for an efficient way to complete the increased workload. thanks in advance for any thoughts.....
