It looks like it would be useful to rebuild the quicktime proxies of all my clips with an "adjusted" look.

I've made new proxies that use a look I've defined in RedAlert. But I don't want to redo that for the 100's of clips on the drive. Is there a way (probably using RedLine) to make new proxies for all clips on a drive and apply set color settings? (I.e. saturation, white balance, etc.)

well at the NAB RedUser meeting Mike Seymour from FxPhd showed some tricks to "re-create" proxies with new settings quickly and easily however to batch that process across a set of clips you would prob want RedLine but thats outta my league at the moment.

hi

hi

there are two methods of doing this, one is you write a script which uses REDline recursively and the other is to use automater and REDline...

There is a tool and some tips done by different people on the automater thread in workflow 4k/tools and automater threads.....

PM is you want specific advice and code...

hurry sorry
