What gauge wire should one use for a red power cable that will run about 2 feet?

Assuming you are talking about DC power cable, page 60 of the manual has the information needed to determine the gauge of wire.

I looked at that, but I only saw info on the pin configuration, not wire gauge suggestions.

I'm assuming I need 4 core cable since I need to hookup the two positive and two negative pins, but I don't know what gauge. I'm guesssing not that big since my run is only 2 ft.

Well, apparently the Red runs about 70w, which at 14.4v = 4.86A, so I'd go for 6A or so cores... Distance shouldn't be a massive issue.
