  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Where to Rent a Set of PL Mount Anamorphic Lenses in Los Angeles?

Clairmont, Camtec, Slowmotion inc, and of course Panavision Hollywood and Woodland Hills.

Panavision will only have PV mount, not PL.

Thanks for the replies guys! Searchin' for those Hawk V's now.

I'm glad someone posted this so I don't have to. :)

I like Clairmont's prices and I hear good things about them, so they're probably my choice. Though I like this tidbit on the "About Us" page, under "Specialists":

None of our equipment is for sale.

And then over on the left side of screen in the navigation bar:

Equipment for Sale

I can has chuckle.

They have the best knowledgeable people in LA, especially the owner.

Great guy, big help. I had a prep there, and tested some PL there too.

They also have one of the best projector to testing PL lenses.

I'd say there's Panavision (my preference C-series) and then there's Hawk's.
