Red #1244 for sale

[Peter Richardson]

Hey guys,

I'm selling my Red #1244. I received the camera and accessories via Fedex today. I love the camera and, like many of you, have been obsessed with it for the last year and a half (or longer). My girlfriend thinks I am dating Reduser.net Red has truly delivered a revolutionary Digital Cinema Camera, but after checking out the camera in-person today I've decided it's just not practical for my use (documentary).

Here's the package I have:

Red One
Base Production Pack
Red LCD
Red Power Pack
Red Flash Module
2 8GB Flash Cards
Bolt Set

The total purchase price of this package, including shipping from Red, is $22,992.29.

Please feel free to email me at peterdrichardson@mac.com if you are interested. My strong preference is to only ship within the US, and to receive payment via wire transfer. Buyer will pay shipping charges, or pick up from me anywhere within 3-hour radius of Portland, OR. Regarding warranty, I'm happy to do either an outright sale or a 1-year "lease" (with $1 balance due) and I will handle any warranty issues. I plan to buy a Scarlet after the sale, so rest assured that any premium paid for the camera will stay "in the family."

The camera is in original packaging, but if pictures would be helpful just let me know and I will be happy to post them.

I'll solicit offers this week and post updates or responses to frequent questions here.

Thanks guys!

Peter

Sold. Thanks guys for all your interest! The Red found a great home here in Portland, and we even arranged for a period of "joint custody."
