I didn't see either of those at their booth but did see a pretty nice top handle...basically a cheese stick. I look forward to using it for my camera.

ET did not have their hand-held setup at the booth. 
As for the 15mm universal mount, I talked with Stephen @ ET about this since others were claiming they make one. They do not. The 15mm top mount can be used as a universal mount between rods with appropriate spacing, but it's not an actual universal mount to fit 15mm offset rods.
Element Technica is working on on a mount system that can serve the purpose of the RED universal mount and a whole lot more and it will be available in 15mm and 19mm. It sounded like it was still a ways off... But it's a clamping system rather than a sleeve system, which means you will be able to un-clamp and pull the mount off your rig without sliding other gear out of the way. Sounded pretty slick to me, but Stephen also said it would be more expensive than a simple universal mount.
Zacuto makes some mounts like their DoubleMount that fit 15mm lightweight configs, these may work for some people.
I may still consider having the 15mm offset universal mounts made -- the ones I was talking about in my pre-NAB thread. If there is enough interest. I will try working that out later this coming week as I'm not going to have much time over the next few days.
