The latitude of this picture is not as much a question about camera latitude (since RED it's NOT a question in my eyes) but shows dramatically perfect, how a scene should be lit to have this latitude, thats all. So better to learn to lighting a scene than to discuss woodoo things through which softwares and plug ins and settings you should put your image. If at the beginning, there is know technical knowledge, it's rather hard, to save missing things later. Ok, it's a bit black&white thinking, but in the core, it's like this.

To me, the window in the second picture is still clipped but has been pulled down to a level below 100 so it fools the eye into thinking it is contained in the latitude of the uptake camera. It's a neat workaround for blown footage - something that is impossible to avoid on sunny days with the sun bouncing off car windshields etc.

Anybody know where to get the 2383 kodak lut for import into color or after effects?
