The size in that pic is hard to guess but it also could be a C-mount like on CCTV cams.

It depends on the lens. Most CCTV cameras are just 1/3 or 1/2". But in old days c mount was used on 16mm as well. c stands for cine mount.

If it is a C-mount, then it may indeed cover 2K. I have an old Sony C-mount zoom meant for a black-and-white tube camera that works great on my Bolex. Pretty sharp and very compact. I could go look, but I also think it's 1.8. It's probably circa 1972. That era was probably the last time anything from film and video worked together seamlessly.
You'll need a C-mount to PL adapter.
