You Tube High Def Code ?

[J.R. Hud]

I posted this on dvxuser

I have just became aware of this; maybe a lil late to the party ?

Shameless plug to direct traffic to my blog, but also a really killer (not widely known?) url string.

&fmt=18 Click the magic code !

Now if they cancome up with a RED code string.

With or without its still same crap.
Doesnt work

It is noticably clearer but still YouTubage quality.

youtube is missing the boat with HD. They need to increase quality and resolution. if they don't someone else will eat their lunch.

i went to account setting and you can set "video playback quality" to "always higher quality", but it doesn't seem to do anything. I still have to put the code at the end.

Thanks Hudson!

Totally agree; there's gotta be something in the works.

Vimeo is better and supports HD from the get go.

I wonder why youtube hides this.

Vimeo is way better, though.
