PL lenses for RED

[cinemano]

Hello,

Will any PL mount lenses work on the Red? Where can one find second hand ones? (Europe)

Thanks :innocent:

AFAIK any PL mount will work, but (s)16mm ones will only cover the 2k part of the sensor.

You could also buy standard arri lenses and fit them with a cheap PL mount for starters. eBay is your friend.

Correct, but some older 35mm format lenses may have some "portholing" issues where the corners darken slightly.
