This is a very short clip from a short we did up in Grand Rapids. We shot the entire thing at a Bottled Water factory and got tons of great footage of the assembly line. I was just playing around with workflow and came out with this less than a minute clip so I thought I'd share it.

DP: Pete Biagi
ASA 320
Don't remember the shutter
Optimo 15-40mm Zoom Lens
2K proxies in FCP. Finished in RedCine

very nice! the colors in the first two shots look great. any color correcting?
did you have the camera ride on another assembly line? it looks so smooth.
great work..

I think there was discussion about using the footage for a commercial as incentive to let them film at the factory.

Color correction was all done in RedCine. It's not extremely versatile but so far it's one of the easiest and most satisfying coloring software I've used. Everything was on a J.L. Fisher dolly.

The project greenlight guy? How did he like it?

Yeah, he was on Project Greenlight season 1. He loved it. We're going to work with him on some future projects with it. My company worked with him on a short last year with an HVX200 and Redrock Micro. He's amazing. Completely embraces all kinds of formats. Fantastic DP to work with as well.
