  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Paste them into a text file and then do this in a terminal:
source mytextfile

or, set up qmaster and submit the render to qmaster via the render window in red alert.

OK, please excuse my ignorance..... what exactly is Redline?

Redline is the command line interface that now comes with RedAlert. Currently works with macs terminal to do batch processing of clips with RedAlert type features.

Nice demo yesterday btw...we were all super impressed with how far you guys were able to push those dpx's. You'll have to let us know how the presentation goes today :shifty:

Ahhhhh gotcha. I keep seeing the Redline thing and didn't know! Is there any info out there on how to use it from the command line? Batch processing is a wonderful thing....

check your PM for the other.
