  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Ordered at the end of November and received 3 confirmations in two weeks or so intervals.

Credit card was charged only one time, so it looks like accounting system is working fine.

Confirmation number on all 3 confirmations the same, so ordering system is working fine as well.

I sent the fax and pdf file of this fax by e-mail. (experience from the past with bad fax quality)
Maybe fax quality is not the best and they have trouble to read it. Are you putting it on high res when faxing? (like 4K or something:-)
 
Just in case anyone missed this in the other thread...


My offer still stands to help Erik out with paperwork, phone calls, etc. I'm in testing mode, so I can free up a bit of time to help and he's right around the corner from me, well within short driving distance. I'm here to help if it alleviates the stress. And I'll do it out of the interest of the community, not for money.

In all seriousness, I suppose that could be a concern from Erik's perspective too. Although many could vouch for me on this site, and I know I'm one of the most honest people I know, if I'm not an employee, it may be too risky for them. But even if I'm just sending out emails, or contacting people, whatever. Maybe it could help. I just like to see people feeling good about this product because from all indications, it's going to be great.
 
I placed a reservation for a Canon mount on Nov. 30th via email (PDF), and have not received confirmation or a charge.

Then the credit card company had to change the number on my card (long story) so I emailed Erik to not use the card number in the original form. Then, on Dec. 13th, I emailed him another PDF with the new, corrected card number.

Well, shit.. Now I have to dig up my order, and call Amex to find out if the card got billed or not...

Faxed, AND emailed... never received a confirmation for either.

Faxed on 12/07/2008.
No CC charged.

Emailed my order 11/28/07, with cc #. Have not heard a response and don't believe my card was charged although I will have to double check.

Just shot my first short film with rented Zeiss primes, but now I'm back to having a blind camera! So I'm really hoping something is resolved soon.

Faxed order on 30th November and sent an email confirmation the same day.

Haven't received a confirmation from birger and card hasn't been charged.

I sent my order in on Dec. 31 for a canon mount set with the blue tooth remote.

I received an email on 2-4-08 saying that my sales order 108.312314 could not be completed because my pdf was unreadable.

I sent an email requesting to give my CC info over the phone and never heard back. I will be getting my camera within a week.
