Time for shooting! Thanks Doug!

That looks amazing. No issues with backfocus or otherwise? Have you got any pictures of attaching the new mount?
Happy shooting...

Thanks for the videos. Collimating is easier than I thought.

Don't ever do it to the little onboard LCD!

Unless that's the only place you'll ever view it.

If you use the "focus assist" graph at the bottom, the focal accuracy should not be limited by the monitor display resolution (at least, as I understand it). Although I'd still like to use a larger monitor just since the graph appears so small on the onboard LCD. It would be nice to have an option to show the focus assist graph at fullscreen size. Hint, hint.

Way to go John. Icant believe it tok less than 2 wks for manufacturing that mount....

Thanks John.

Now is a time to see some footage using any Nikon manual lens just

to see is it the adapter able to make a quality picture that we are looking for.

No pressure John.. show us some footage.
Aloha

can you at least tell us if it is less than, comparable to, or more expensive than RED's mount? is that a 17-35mm on the camera?

and thanks to you and doug for those youtube videos. they're pretty informative.

Would be great if we can see some footage captured with Nikon lenses.
