  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Red for Dummies

AFAI can see, the UI looks pretty simple and easy.

The hard part is outside the RED, how to light, shoot, process, grade, etc.

So the tool itself and its buttons seem easy. The big question is what to do with it and how.

I hope you're not actually asking for:

Im a native German speaker ! That´s why Im asking for a RED for Dummies book !
 
Im getting old, its no shame !
I have a friend who works as a software developer for IBM.
He reads the Dummies Books all the time.
Some people need it, it doesnt has to do with brains !

I need a good link for a German Red website, redusers.de doesnt rock much !
Im having a hard time understandig tech stuff in English.

This forum can be difficult to understand even if you speak English !

The only thing you need to know is how to take the lens (sensor) cap off from the camera:-)


Remember turn the PL mount wings left, don’t force it out by pulling.
