This is one movie I have been dreaming would come out in HD. The live Stairway set is one of the most ass-kicking things in human history. I got a 720p copy, but I'd love to see a screengrab at 1080p if anyone has the Bluray? Apparently it was shot on 35mm, and the image seems to hold up pretty well. A little grainy, but still very awesome to see this in such high resolution.

For me, it seems like every time I get a new HD movie, it's like seeing it all over again with fresh eyes.

Ah, long live Led Zeppelin, the most awesome rock band ever!!!!!!!!!

Now that Blu-Ray is the winner, I will buy a BR player and start amassing a collection (again :-() so that will be one of the first discs I'll get. But yeah, that should be an amazing viewing experience.

I was looking at Bluray burners and players for PCs. It looks like you can buy a player for around $200 and a Bluray burner for around $400.

Once the burners drop to around $250, I will probably buy one.
