OK, no diving pics I promise. Just a small show of what I bumped into today at the Hluhluwe (Shloo-shloo-ee) Imfolozi Game Reserve here in south Africa. Tomorrow it's back to the 'boring and mundane' Tiger Sharks, but for now, green spaces, big animals and a dusty 400D.

Beautiful, man. Thanks for sharing.

Not that the Tiger Shark images will be less forthcoming in the future it just may take a while for the sharks themselves to actually come back. Some scum bag fishermen for profit illegally took three large female Tiger Sharks from the Aliwal Shoal Marine Protected Area last Friday evening. Caused a big stink here now but the sad fact is that these sharks are now gone. Sad indeed.

Here's the local paper article:

I'm jealous!

Any good lion photos?

Bruce - There are so many good things about south Africa. It's a beautiful country. I love the National Parks here, some amazing scenery and warm people. There are bad elements wherever you go on this planet. I don't paint all nationals with the same brush.

Tom
- Lions, Cheetahs and Leopards will be coming soon as a plan to tour Namibia's Itosha National Park is in preparation. I also want to take a look at the Skeleton Coast to snap the sand dunes there, over 500ft tall.

Cheers,
Mark.
