RED DRIVE wont initialize..

Worked fine before.. Ive tried resetting the Drive and everything.. I keep getting (Cannot initialize) I can see it in my disk utility.. but it wont mount on my comp.. suggestions?

I know you are on your game so you probably tried this, but have you tried both fw800,400,usb?

EDIT: Also connect it and than power cycle your comp.

EDIT: and are you using the power supply?

trouble shooted every possible method. determined it was the OS.. worked on my os leopard on macbook pro.. but not os leopard on my mac pro.. it did work on snow leopard though (on mac pro) weird... I need to keep digging.

Plug the AC adaptor on the RED and try mounting the drive again.
