  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Anyone using RED in the UK yet?

Are there any RED ONE'S out there that I can take a look at?

I am a DoP based in northern England and need to make a camera choice for a project next year (2008).

Any posts welcome!
 
There's a whole bunch of nutters and nuggets from the UK who are also planning Chrimbo get togethers if you want to swan on over to the RED User Groups and go to the Europe sub Forum to find info on that. A few of us, Phil Becque (Tranquil Light), Nick Shaw and myself are having a few drinks THIS EVENING at the Jury's Inn Hotel located on Heathrow's Eastern Perimeter Road, close to the Hatton Cross Tube Station. We'll also be joined by an executive magazine editor for one of the major British SCUBA journals, a man for all tipples, Simon Rogerson from DIVE. Should be a hoot. Any other British REDsters who would like to join us please do so. The more the merrier as the saying goes. I'm off to South Africa for a long shoot so will not be in old Blighty for the festive season hence the get together.

Guys - sorry to come on here and flog stuff but if anyone wants finance for a red camera, i specialise in financing camera kit and would be happy to take a look at any requirements. PM me if of interest.
