possible dead line on my sensor ?

Hi there

I received my red some days ago and went through testing, it seems to work fine, but when I go to redcine, in some zoom values -exrtreme closeup, and wide- I can see a black dead line.
First I thought it was the guidelines for the center, and I hope it is, but the thing is I don't always see it. And guidelines are always seeable
I'm still in a learning phase of redciné, and didn't export the tiff full rez to look at them in Photoshop.

Is there a way to test it ?

Have you tried viewing the clip/image in RED Alert? If it is there, please contact tech support at www.red.com/contact_us for further assistance....

Hi

I don't have a mac to test Redalert, and I have an ati card which doesn't export correctly from Recine.... When I export Tiff snapshot as view, the line is here though...

I guess I'll try it on my home computer, later in the day.
