I am trying to help out my church with a live video feed from a Scarlet. Unfortunately, I can't get the HD-SDI to show up on their Black Magic Television Studio. I've tried 29.97, 60 and 59.94. I am wondering if their device wants 1080i rather than 1080p. I know the Scarlet is outputting an HD-SDI signal, because I can hook up a monitor and see it fine. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Phil

What is a Black Magic Television Studio?

Is that a model? or TV or switcher im trying to see how i can possibly help.

Thanks Ryan and Eric. I think I will need to get some kind of converter box. Fortunately, they're not that expensive.

The DUCC is your solution. Works fine but does introduce a few milliseconds of delay.

Thank you Mitch, and everyone else who contributed.

However, I looked up the MD-DUCC and it's $695.00. Is this the only solution? It's probably too steep for this application.

Anyway, thanks again for the help. I do appreciate it. :)
