RED'S SOLUTION FOR NEW TOP FAN + OLD TOP PLATE

When will RED finally begin modifying existing top plates to fit the new top fan, as promised?

I had mine modified about 6 weeks ago and fits the new top fan really well. The turnaround was about 5 business days.

Has RED announce the top plate upgrade program?...

I've been waiting for a couple of months to order the new top fan and get the existing top plate modified.

They modified it to accommodate the extra height of the new top fan. Really happy with the work, I cannot even tell that it was machined at all.
A free service if you buy the new fans. Ordered the new fans in early June and was in touch with my Bomb Squad rep until my fans were just about ready to ship. Sent the top plate the same time and received both back within days of each other. First time I have sent something back top RED for an update.

They also added some tiny painted skulls to the top plate mod. Pretty happy with the top fan so far. I did a full day of interviews in a building with no AC and the fan never went above 40%
