  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Just got mine! This is a masterpiece! I have to thank you Bob for getting this gb going. Even though it was right in the middle of mine LOL...

I haven't tried it yet, but the quality is astoundingly gorgeous.

I hope there are no hard feelings about this group buy. I figured it was in a different class because of the multi-motors and expandability. And yes the build quality is amazing and so easy to configure. Just also a note that the default setting for the range is set to EU MAX instead of USA MAX. This can be lowered to save battery as well when operating at a closer range.

Hahaha definitely no hard feelings! The other one is a very solid product and it was priced right, but I liked the looks of the MK3's expandability, smaller size, lighter weight, run stop on thumb wheel, slider etc. etc... so I jumped on this one... and I'm glad I did! Great job!
 
I think I am going to scream when I finally get mine! That is some gorgeous looking stuff!!!!! I didn't even realize the thumb wheel was ready yet! Dang, I might have to order that soon after I receive my unit!
 
Not sure if it comes with a manual or anything, but either way it would be AMAZING if someone from this group buy could do a quick little video tutorial on how to use the unit and it's features :-)
 
I paid in full May 6th and was told I was "put you to the front of the cue with yours being the first one delivered" by Kerry but I have not received anything. Also, I emailed on Sep 7 and did not get a reply. Was hoping to receive it for my next job which is starting next week. Are we supposed to get an email confirmation when things are shipped?

I would just keep emailing them if I were you until they answer. They are very very busy getting these incredible units out the door, so they may take a little while to get to your email, but if you keep emailing them eventually they will answer.

Also, the unit does come with an instruction manual.
 
Very very disappointed. As of today, I have almost spent the money I saved-- renting. Very disappointing. A little disrespectful as well. Promise after promise, then they go off to sell units at IBC and leave us to wait even longer. Not one person could have gotten orders out while they traveled? The whole company had to go? I'm very disappointed. There is being patient, and then just feeling used.

Sorry for the rant, but when I shell out a FULL payment and don't get something months afterwards it pisses me off. Now that I'm loosing money and having to rent another unit its just more salt in the wound.

What the heck?!

Hi!! They're shipping by the day, won't be long, promise... :) We were pre-booked for IBC and had to go over to support our new distribution partners MK-V, cut our trip down to just a couple days so we could get back and carry on with fulfillment. p.s., zero stock is being released to any one else until we clear your orders. MK3.1 orders taken at IBC by our partners MK-V are 6 weeks leadtime at a new (slightly higher) price. Just to be clear, every system leaving us from now is a MK3.1, including all group buys.

I also really think the wait sucks big time, i quite hate it. But i met Kris and Kerry at the ibc, and i loved the unit, it looks really nice and worked great, they are really nice and passionate about it, and i think there doing a great job for the price of the unit. Hope mine arrives really fast, and keep up good work. I was happy to be part of the group buy, as i felt they really care about their product.
