Hay Chris.. Hmmm, so it's falling out of focus? Not had that happen before. Mine is a little temperamental at times,
I get better results with focus using batteries rather than a cable, not sure why. I also find the lens responds better when mounted after the camera has booted, again don't know the reasons behind that either. I also use the calibration button on the imperio. Don't know if any of that helps. Have you watched the Birger Mount "how to" videos online? They might be of some use to you.

Have you tried contacting Erik Widding at Birger.com, I've found him to be extremely helpful. Also there are instructions at http://www.birger.com/downloads.aspx.
You're not using a Canon 70-200 2.8 by any chance, It and a couple of other lenses need you to use a second focus mode accessed by holding the F button for 4 seconds.
The Birger mount can be a bit weird to use, but once I got the hang of it it's been good.

I WILL LOOK AT ALL THESE BIRGER VIDEOS.AND TRY PUTTING LENSE ON AFTER POWERING CAMERA..USING TOKINA 11-16MM.KOZ

well got the thing to work..hit the top focus knob button..started to focus..aint digital crazy..koz
