Any key sequence to achieve Factory Reset?

Our EPIC-X is not showing any video (including menus) when being run in not CLEAN mode. It does show video in CLEAN mode but will not accept media. I would like to reset it to factory defaults.

Is there any boot up key sequence to achieve a factory reset or anything else possible to try and recover functionality.

Anyone else face a similar issue? Any other suggestions?

Any help is greatly appreciated. The camera is out on a shoot so time is of essence.

Some more details on the above post.

- It seems like the video is there but washed out when the menus are turned on (using REDmote). Abrupt changes to field of view can be noticed behind the whitewash image when menus are turned on.
- The behavior is same on RedLCD and HD-SDI monitors.
- Media is not being accepted. Light does not turn on/blink when media (formatted on another body) is inserted. REDmote reports no media.

Pressing and holding the power button on startup resets to factory defaults. Just press the power button and keep it held down until the fans kick in at 100%.

From the sound of your second post there might be something else going on.
