Lenny , could you point me an article proving the 8K mode? just curious

I got this answer from Sony:

Using the new RAW viewer software, you can change the debayer to give you the full 8x2k raster. There is a also separate debayer for 8k and 6k interpolated.

RAW Viewer is available here.

That's totally Lennywood...

That Sony guy looks like a Douchebag, lol. He moves around like a puppet.

Lenny,

What a beautiful camera, I am sooooo tempted. Last time I got that tempted I ended up buying two F900s instead of a house, not the best for my family in hindsight

BTW, where you get that saying on your signature, I thought it was a very Cuban thing, the shrimp that falls asleep being taken away by the current...

Good luck with the sale, it is at this point, without a doubt, the best digital cinema camera out there, bar none.

Just thought I'd mention, I have purchased gear from Lenny before and he is a straight shooter.

Wait I don't understand, it's a 8000 x 2000? Are the pixels non square?

[Jon Jones]

Sorry Lenny, it was just an observation... Don't get me wrong, the camera is an amazing machine, of which I wish that I had.

thanks, Jon Jones, for your constructive comment. I can see by your profile photo you are lightyears ahead of the rest of us.
