+1 Adaptor Monitor Control Settings

Hi all,

I have problems to configurate my red epic x with the +1 Adaptor. I would like to run my EVF and an 5" Touch LCD at the same time.


Which settings in the monitor Control menu i have to choose?

What isn't working? What have you tried? What are you expecting?

You should be able to plug both in out-of-the-box and have them work. Note that you can only have one "control surface" at any given time. If one screen is set to Menus and the other to Overlay or Clean then the one set to Menus will be the control surface. If they are both set to Menus then the one on top of the Priority list will be the control surface.

I want to use the EVF as preview, and the LCD for control with menu.

When i put on the +1 Adaptor, the LCD/EVF output of the camera doesn't work anymore. I have to configure something before i put it on?

The LCD on the brain is blank when you attach the +1? This is not normal. Please file a technical support ticket and be prepared to send in a log file. (https://support.red.com/anonymous_requests/new)
