I just got my 1st set of Super Speeds so to speak. They are a 25mm 1.4, 35mm 1.4, and an 85mm 1.4. I bought them from a fellow REDUSER in an amazing deal. I would like to know what some of your opinions are of this particular set of lenses. I'm hearing the main drawback from them are the "TRIANGLE" bokeh. But for me that's not an issue at all. Anyone using these or have any experience with them??? Thanks in advance.

We used B-Speeds on this music video I directed. Helped me fall in love with vintage Zeiss! Congrats on your purchase:

B-speedsa are great.

Check for consistency, and do not expect masterprime behaviour in the wides, but B speed behaviour.
Thus, if you have not used old glass, test a bit to get friendly with them.

That said:
I love those lenses!

Nick, that video looks like a great example of what can be done with B-Speeds. As for complaints, some folks say that they can't find parts anymore to repair B-speeds because Zeiss stopped supporting them a little while ago. So take care of them, it may be their last

Gunleik, this is actually my 1st time working with anything other than Canon or Zeiss ZE glass, so it's going to be a great chance for me to find out experiment with thier particular behaviors.

Nick, I really like the video. I couldn't find much test or example footage from B-Speeds on Vimeo or YouTube so this helps quite a bit. Now I'm even more excited that I'll be able to produce some awsome images with this set. Thanks so much.
