Need sound stage in Manhattan

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm shooting a relatively simple talking head commercial in New York the second
week of September and am looking for a studio in Manhattan for a day of shooting and probably a day of set up. Does
anyone have a recommendation? A sound stage is ideal but a quiet stage would also work but I know it's asking a lot
for being in the city. Need a green room, make up, etc..

NYC-ers will know best, but you might want to at least check these guys out and see if they can at least get you a bid... They do tend to get booked up, but have been known to squeeze short shoots in between other projects...
