Shooting 120 fps in resolution 28 clip 7 disapeard.
Looking back clip 1,2,3,,4,5,6,8,9 and so on are showed in playback!
In the computer clip 7 is there, but nothing to see in REDCINE and there are no proxy's, only the number shows.

Strange, did i pushed the start button twice and only the number apears? No, i did this afterwards to find out of this was the problem.

Love to hear from you guys.

I had a problem where I recorded a 40 minute clip that I couldn't get to playback in the camera. For some reason it wasn't showing up making me think twice if I recorded it or not. Very similar to your situation.

When I connected the drive to my computer everything showed and played fine.

No playback at the computer, only the file name is ther to see.
Thanks anyway.

This is almost always because of FAT32 corruption. The causes are generally pulling drives/cards without ejecting from either the camera or the computer without properly ejecting.

If you power down the camera and pull the drive off are you OK? Or should you power back on, unmount and remove the drive?

Powering down and then pulling the drive is fine.

However, my personal preference is to eject first and then power down.

I was looking back on the camera and there was no file 7 left it just jumped from 6 to 8. Camera was not off and i did not removed the harddisk at any time. I just wanted to check the shot i just made!

it just vanished.

Are you sure you didn't get a record error? The only time I've had missing clips is when I've had a record error warning and I end up with a clip folder containing no R3d file so it effectively skips a shot.

If it's a drive error have you yet tried any dick warrior/recovery software?
