Cartoni focus repair shop?

I was wondering if anyone had a recomendation on a shop where I could send in my cartoni focus head for a tune up. On my last shoot I noticed a good amount of play in the tilt. Panning is perfect but the tilt is almost unusable with a long lens. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
