Top Handle

I have looked through a ridiculous amount of pages looking for one picture I think I saw of an Epic rig with a top handle that was slightly canted upward. In other words it was not oriented parallel with the camera body but instead angled upward slightly. I thought it looked interesting. Anyone here see anything like that?

Bam! That's almost exactly what I'm looking for. Thing is, what's the simplest way to mount it to a top plate?

Any LW 15mm block made with the RED spacing will do... like WC.
