Cannes festival 2013... who's going, what to see...need badge!

Greetings

Its becoming a tradition I believe, well as long as I live in south france to pack up my 2cV with as much wine as possible and hit the road for the Cannes
Film festival.

I have not secured a badge this year, if anyone has an extra I would greatly appreciate it! I arrive friday and will have plenty of wine to go around so look out for the 1979 2cV and a guy with terrible french
I look forward to the showcase and hopefully meeting some redusers there.

If anyone has some suggestions or recommendations or your own films then feel free to share here...

I'm en route! But we're there for the market not the festival itself...I'm bracing my liver for the insanity. Every night for eight nights there are parties with free booze. This is the part of my job I hate!

Go see our own REDUSER Ruairi Robinson's film Last Days on Mars, of course - at the Director's Fortnight.

I wish I could be there to see his feature debut. My bet is it's just the start of a great feature career though

It always confused me how little attention Ruairi's film Blinky got on REDUSER. Ah well, at least the rest of the world noticed the awesomeness, what with the Vimeo Narrative award etc!
