RED Education Discount

So I just recieved my email from RED.com informing me that my account was approved for the student discount but it doesn't give any info on that the discount actually is. And when I try and purchase something the price doesnt change.

Anybody have info on this?

If you log in to your RED account that you created and you were approved it will have Educational Pricing stated in the store section of the website.

On the store section while logged in, the prices are all the same as normal. The only mention of educational pricing brings you back to your information and sign-up section. And when i go to my account on RED.com it doesn't list any sort of student status on the account details page.

Also I do not have a "Bomb Squad Person"

We checked our system and everything is good on our end, the edu pricing is listed on the top and the retail price on the bottom when you select something to your cart.

Let me know if your still having any issues.

If we want to buy something at the regular price, can we still do that (and not have to keep it for 2 years before being able to sell it)?
