NYC: Need Epic/Scarlet TC Sync Cable

Does anyone have a BNC to 4-pin mini-lemo timecode sync cable for rent or sale in NYC? I need to sync both a Scarlet and Epic brain as well as a Sound Devices 702T from a Lockit box. 3BNC-TO-00 SYNC CABLE is the part from RED.

I have a Pro I/O for my Epic. I can get the standard Lemo-BNC cable for both the I/O module and Sound Devices. I'm thinking I can try moving the I/O module between the two cameras and jam syncing that way, but I'm not sure how well the cameras maintain sync when they've been powered off and back up again.
