Does anybody know of a Windows equivalent to R3D Data Manager for the Sony F65? Something that writes md5 checksums to a text file. On a mac, Dusty's CopyVerified script could work, but unfortunately I must use Windows right now.

ShotPut Pro from Imagine Products is the software you're looking for:
Simple interface and 5MD checksum, affordable price.
Simultanious copying to multiple drives, automated naming and numbering.
I have been using a Mac version for years and it works like a charm.
It's also avaiable as a Windows version.

Doesn't the Sony SRPC-4 offer some sort of checksum / verification? Frankly, you should import all of your F65 clips into Resolve or similar to visually verify there are no problems. I've had prior issues with both the SRPC-4 and the new USB 3.0 SR Memory Card Reader. Playing through the clips is really the only way to make sure you've offloaded everything correctly.

I only used the SR-PC4 once, several months ago, so I can only hope they have improved it by now. What an overpriced piece of junk! At the time, we had an eSATA card in it, and it could only copy to one hard drive at a time. There was some preference setting to do checksums, but it did not write a text file, so there was no indication that the feature was actually working. I will definitely check all clips visually, but a text file with checksum proof would be nice to have for future reference.
I will give Shotput Pro another try.
Adrian, do you mind sharing what issues you had with those 2 devices?

I use the PC4 wtih Myricom 10gbe cards installed and FastCopy to make the verified copies, enable the log to get a record of the MD5 checksums. I found that to be the fastest and most reliable, I did not like shotput pro at all. PC4 is fine, just big and clunky, glad they switched to a USB3 reader for the R5.

Use the PC4, i asked them to provide a md5 txt files on the PC4. Using the E-sata card is lame and will give you about 20% performance, you want to get it to a RAID first. I am averaging 330MB/s to a 1600MB/s RAID 24TB 12x2TB. Basically 35 minutes for a Full 512GB Card.
