I have this issue with this image. See this black line across the head of teh talent? It is not a normal flare. What is it? It reminds me the old tube cameras. ;-)
The shot is Epic, 5k2:1, RC5:1, no filters, 1/50, Master Prime Lenses, 150mm, F2.8
Could it be a debayering issue? The same was observed in camera and after red rOcket debayering.

Any comments please?
MAny thx

Only to point out that it can be seen in camera LCD and with RedCineX

I am concerned as this is affecting image quality at some point. We do no t have any comments from red yet. I guess the camera rental company has already contacted them. So still unkown paranormal activity.

Have you raised a support ticket with Red?

I've experienced this on a couple of different bodies over the years, at least in my experience it happens when florescent tubes (not kinos, but practicals) are present in the frame. Stinks for me because I love, love love the darn things. I'd love to hear other stories with it. It also has always seemed intermittent (literally only pops in a for a few seconds and disappears) strange!
