Hello RED
I have been testing the latest beta build that now has the intervalometer amongst other modes of shooting. I am not sure what the technical interest in some of the functions are, but for me, function that is missing from this new menu, is the possibility to take "bracketed" exposure sequences for very wide range HDRs for IBLs in 3D SFX shots. For me, the easiest way would be to add a menu that allocates a different shutter speed for each shot in the "batch" of images.
For IBL purists this is not an option, but this little function would be excellent for anyone dealing with 3D SFX shots where there is no time / money (me).
What I am looking for is better descibed below.

I look forward to this in a future release.

Thank you

Right now, the closest thing they have to bracketing is HDR, which gives you an under exposure frame. If you're looking for an over exposure bracket, you can shoot at iso 250 or whatever and get your bracket in post.

It is possible to use HDRx for IBL. I tested it recently, and it was a lot faster than using bracketed exposures with a DSLR.

I exposed the scene normally, so nothing was clipping (besides the sun) - then I turned on HDRx mode to +6 stops to capture the extreme highlight detail. I shot it at 5k, 6fps.

All I had to do was pan the camera, and briefly stop for a moment at each position. In Red Cine X, I set the HDR mode to Magic Motion. Then, I made markers at the frames I wanted to export and saved them as EXR images.

Thanks for the replies.
I have tried this tecnhique but I was not always getting enough latitude in the darkness. So I thought that with the new options, being able to set up a "script" that would automate a very laborious task would be not too difficult. I don't know of any control box for the Scarlet like the Promote, but maybe I am wrong.

PS I wish I lived somewhere that is so sunny at the moment.
