Cheap Annual Production Insurance?

Kind of a random question but I'm debating between short-term production insurance or annual coverage... does anyone have any good leads on annual coverage? It seems the some short term insurance quotes are almost as much as annual ones so if you have more than two shoots a year (like I hope everyone does) then it would make better sense to just get the annual coverage.

Costs will vary depending on a lot of production factors. You can get just cam op gen liability annually, or coverage for DICE productions depending on what you do/want.
DICE costs me about $9,500 annually. But, covers all aspects of my productions. Cam Op GL is about $1,000 annually.
