Yes, this is the new LG monitor and no it's not available yet. There probably won't be any reviews until April/May and they will likely come from Anandtech and the like.

Globalmediapro MRL-22 21.5-inch HD-SDI LED Video Monitor

the cheapest monitor on earth i guess but is it good?

guys any advice,my budget less than 1000$ need to buy a director monitor

10-bits, 950$? this is the cheaper 10-bit panel on earth.
a 1080 model would be perfect, but at this price I´ll jump in the first store, for sure.

Lets make sure it's TRUE 10bit and not 8bit with Dithering.

10 bit!

The seller seems to have missed one line from the manufacturer's specs, regarding bit depth of the panel.

EIZO uses 10-bit panels but they make high-end professional-grade monitors, so they come with the high-end price tag. However, I would not call it a deal-breaker by any means. 10-bit color is one of those things that only works when you have a few very specific hardware and software combinations and most hardware and software does not support it, so it's not a widely desired feature.

Also really curious about this one. It's so cheap it nearly doesn't matter how good it is, just to as monitor for people to see the frame is, this could work fine, but can't find a review online, did someone on reduser took the chance and ordered one?
