REDmote Nav wheel, direction keys, enter key don't work

All the keys on the nav wheel, including enter button don't seem to be working for me. Camera and REDmote are both still on the firmware that came with them when they arrived earlier this month. Hasn't worked since it arrived, but I assumed it was locked or needed something changed in the setup. Now that I've finally fussed with it a little, i am pretty sure it just isn't working at all.

For example: when I'm in Settings > Setup > Key Mapping. the wheel, nav arrows, and enter key don't even register as unmapped keys. There is simply no response. Whereas keys A-D, 1-8, the rocker, & menu key all show they have been pressed and what their current mapped function is.

I'm going to try re-installing the firmware, but has anyone else had a problem with this? Is there something simple I am missing, or did I get a bad REDmote.

I reinstalled the EPIC's & the REDmote's firmware, but the nav wheel, D-pad, Enter key still do not work. Think I got a bad REDmote from RED...

Don't think there's any lock function that only affects the wheel section. So contact Red support straight away, and open a support ticket.
