So I was originally going to buy a scarlet..then I realized I knew I'd be pissed off at the frame rates eventually so I decided to go big and just get the Epic.....YOLO

Great 'Change of Heart'. Right decision, you will be more marketable plus will be able to use the camera for the shots the way you wanted!

Yeah definitely, I mean I'm not for you know shooting a whole video in slow motion but I know if I had got the scarlet I'd be upset to know that I could do 120 at horrible res might as well use my gopro 3 and do 240. I capture a lot of action like things too. The fs700 did come to thought but I really don't believe in cameras being obsolete in a sense I know there are a lot of cameras coming out but which one would I rather keep forever and has 4k already which everyone is making their cameras shoot NOW anyways, might as well go all the way. I'll be good with an epic for a loooong time.

To help recoup your investment, get the most popular parts. It will be more expensive but you will make more back on rentals having a complete package.

Definitely >_< going to put in some work to get some extra accessories down the line. At first I wasn't going to rent it but my friend said that's like me owning a big ass office/warehouse and not letting anyone use it lol.
