Scarlet Specks/Dots Flickering on Playback

I have specks and dots that flicker on my screen durring playback. When I first got my scarlet a lot of people reported this issue, I figured it would be fixed due to firmware. Its been a year, I still have it. Just want to make sure that other people are still experiencing this issue. Im sick of telling the client, "Oh its a firmware issue".

Running v3.3.15.

EDIT: It does not appear in the footage. I decided to open a ticket. But still looking for any responses.

i saw that on my monitor, the dots show up and move a bit? I think it has to do with focus. I noticed the dots move to where im focused. maybe im wrong though.

No it only happens on playback. Happens no matter what I do. Doesn't seem to be linked to focus.
