  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

FS: EPIC-X Monochrome

I really wish I could justify this. A month ago I rented an Epic from my regular rental house for the weekend and the proprietor included the monochrome in the deal for me to try out. The camera is truly, truly amazing and I ended up changing my project to use the monochrome...

Bumping back this thread as the camera never got sold and since I was in no rush to sale, it stayed buried, but now I do need to sale it, so it is back on the market!

I also like to thank every one here for their kind words, much appreciated.... ;)

And yes Paul, this is indeed an incredible engineering of a camera sensor, but I can't excuse it's ownership right now, and must go, but I ma sure I'll be getting some Dragon Monochrome love later on when the Studios open.

I'm highly interested in that one if you intend to split it up -> are you able to make me a 170€-straight-price inc. shipping to Austria? If so I'd take it right now (with bank transfer tomorrow morning)…

edit: or just make me a price inc. shipping even if it's higher (I want to be fair, the pricing is reasonable)... :)

Greetings,
Peter

Hi Peter,

as soon as the Monochrome sales, if it does not sale with the plate, then since you have first bids on it, it can be yours, as likely for you some one else has just put a bid, but on the ET plate.

The only issue is that shipping form Italy to Austria costs 40€ for that plate, so what I can do is split the dirfference in shipping and do it for 190€, but we have to wait for the camera to sale.

ok - I'm fine with that... I'm not in a hurry, this plate just looks a bit nicer then our wooden-camera one :)
as for shipping; wow, that's quite a lot (usually it should be like max. 20€ with EMS aka Express Mail Service - and I don't really need insurance/tracking on that one), but if we split it I'm fine with it...

otherwise: we're shooting some interviews in Italy end of april but I'll have to look up where exactly (more to the south I suppose)...

Greetings from Austria,
Peter
