Hey friends, decided to sell the viewfinder. I love it dearly, the picture just looks so damn good through it, but I'm picking up a second camera system and I need a viewfinder that will work with both of them. I will sorely miss the small size, incredible colors and Red-native features of this guy.
This was not an upgraded Bomb but a straight-from-the-factory OLED. I can test it up against ten other OLED viewfinders and take pictures of each screen--how's that for legit quality control? Contrary to others I have had zero issues shooting exteriors, studio, documentary, night exterior... the eyepiece faithfully represents what I'm capturing. Tungsten it is still a bit reddish, but color balance is best left for calibrated monitors. LCOS looks kinda like a washed out photocopy; OLED looks kinda like real life.
I've used it on exactly four shoots. When not in use it sits in the foam-lined case, which is yours with the EVF. Also the standard 12" EVF cable and Red Arm.
EDIT: Photos for anyone still curious. 4th picture is with a cell phone, so it's a bit uglier than the Scarlet ones.
Last chance-- a buyer will likely take it tomorrow. Thanks everyone!
