The Radio Fields (my band!) - Music video

[Dylan Macleod CSC]

Hey kids - So one thing you probably didn't know about me is that I play drums and have a band called The Radio Fields. We released our debut CD this past November.

Here is our first music video. Shot on my Epic with a Lensbaby. The location was the studio I built in my garage. It is also where we recorded our album. This was down and dirty. No crew. Just me and the bass player (who directed and edited it).

Enjoy!

We will be shooting another video in January.

This is the reason I got this camera - to be able to do projects like this. Freedom and creativity - what more could you ask for!

Cheers.

Nice garage studio! Nice track too... soothingly smooth. Let me know if you need a hand come January (assuming your based in Toronto).

[Brandon J.F.]

Looks (and sounds!) great Dylan.

Might take you up on that Mike. Thanks.

Good stuff Dylan. Had hints of Floyd in there, one of my favorite bands of all time. Never knew you played drums. I'm going to check out the rest of the album.

[Jagger Christian]

Loved the song!!! Thanks for sharing!

[Dylan Macleod CSC]

Thanks guys. Yes Steve - we've had a few comments that it is Floyd like. I guess that's a good reference?

[Kevin Wild]

Nice job, Dylan. I felt a bit more "The National" in your drumming, which is good company, too.

Good luck with it all. Good stuff!

Kevin

[Dylan Macleod CSC]

Cheers Kevin. I'm a big National fan - so that's a high compliment!

[Jeff Zueger]

That is the coolest music vid i have seen in a long, long time. Great tune. Just checked out the rest of the record. Really cool stuff

Me, too. Except, I could only "afford" the Scarlet. Nice job.
