I use a Wacom Intuos 5 to control my applications. Everything works great in Redcine until I hit the full res setting and the entire program freezes. I am not trying to play the full res files just spot checking color, sharpness, etc. If I unplug the Wacom tablet it starts to respond again. Has anyone else ran accross this issue?

Adding to this I just did a bit more testing and if I use the tablet with just my finger it responds. Slower than the mouse but it still responds. If I try to use the pen it freezes again. I can do several comands with the pen and none of them work. As soon as I move the pen out of range all the comands that I clicked with the pen all of a sudden start up. It has to be how the Wacom driver and specifically how the pen is responding. Again anyone else with a tablet experience this?

Windows 7
latest build of Redcine
Wacom Intuos 5 tablet
32 gig ram
I7 processor

I appreciate the help

Is anyone using a Wacom tablet? Unfortunately the issue is forcing me to use a mouse, and I hate the mouse. Any ideas for why it is freezing the program?

Thank you.

Wacom working fine here on Mac and Windows. I'm using Intuous 3 tablets and one v4. Have not tried an Intuous 5 yet...

I would suspect a faulty driver installation or some form of driver conflict. Have you tested on a different workstation?
