Cineflex HD problem

Dear all,

for a production I D.o.P. on I got the aerial footage today which was shot on the CineflexHD, recorded in 1080p50 on HDCam SR 422. Digitalizing the footy to QT ProRes 422 50fps I got vertical banding on the images (see sample at http://wtrns.fr/SGOObAoE3yL-2wH ) - every second vertical line is slightly darker. Where does this come from? Can it be fixed in post? How?

This appears to be from loss of sync due to a dirty camera cable. Contact me directly to discuss repairing with our inhouse Archangel hardware.

Hi Ron, thanks for the advice and offer! We had several post-houses judging the footy and decided to re-shoot. As I need similar weather conditions, it will be late June 2013, I think or early July. Next time shoot will be on a Alexa, this makes my waiting easier All the best for your work! Cheers, Fritz
